We sent you equipment for repair recently but have not heard anything from you, what is happening?
Q102 - Service & RepairWhen you send equipment back for service or repair we ask that you fill in our Return Form and send
a copy along with the equipment. This lets us know who to contact when a repair comes in. We may have
contacted one of your colleagues and they have not passed the message on.
Occasionally equipment is
mis-delivered by couriers and in this case it would be helpful if you inform us that we should be expecting
goods from you.
