We sent you equipment for repair recently but have not heard anything from you, what is happening?

When you send equipment back for service or repair we ask that you fill in our Return Form and send a copy along with the equipment. This lets us know who to contact when a repair comes in. We may have contacted one of your colleagues and they have not passed the message on.

Occasionally equipment is mis-delivered by couriers and in this case it would be helpful if you inform us that we should be expecting goods from you.
